BACK-Chapter one...."Carrie"

Back
(Sequel of How much you mean)
Rating: +18 (Sex, language...)
Disclaimer: I don´t own MCR. Evrything in here is fictional (fuck....sad but true)

I was sitting at class, looking at the slides that Mr. Prevot, my French Art teacher, was projecting on the wall. I think he was talking about the impact of French Art in something, I wasn’t really paying to much attention, I was still thinking of the stranger in my dreams.
"Pss." Something took me out of my thoughts.
"Anthony…." A female, yet annoying and familiar voice called me. I just sighed, I knew who it was, the only person that talked to me at University: Carrie.
I looked to my right and saw a small girl sitting next to me looking at me with bright eyes. Her blue and short hair matched her eyes. He always wore dark clothes like me, but she was too joyful. I wasn’t.
"Did you see channel 7 yesterday?" She asked me with a big smile on her face.
"No." I responded her with a bored tone.
"Oh, you missed it. There was a cool report about the Louvre.""
"Great." My voice didn’t show any trace of emotion by her comment, why did she keep talking to me?? I yawned.
"You’ve been yawning a lot lately?"
I looked at her annoyed, she held the gaze waiting for an answer with her bright eyes.
"I haven’t been sleeping well, lately." I said sincerely looking at the slides.
"Bad dreams?" She giggled.
"Yes." I was amazed by my honesty.
She jumped on her seat.
"What’s wrong with you?" I looked a little scared at the teacher, but he was still talking with his strong French accent.
"I can tell what dreams mean!" She said very proud of herself. I just rolled my eyes.
"Really?" I said with a note of sarcasm. Again I surprised myself with my sarcasm, I never was sarcastic.
"Yes." She said ignoring any twisted smile on my face. "You’ll tell me everything about it at lunch."
"I’m not eating with…" She didn’t let me finish, She pressed her index finger over my mouth.
"The teacher is talking." She whispered.

---
I went to the cafeteria after my classes.
I bought a salad and tried to leave the place. I liked to eat alone, the cafeteria noise bothers me. All strong noises bother me. That’s way I would never could be in a concert, too many people, too much noise…
I was turning around when I smashed someone.
"Sorry…" I started to apologized when I noticed who it was.. "Oh you." I said with a cold voice.
Carrie's brilliant eyes were looking at me, a big smile and a burger in her hand.
"So where are we eating?"
"We?" I arched one eyebrow and shook my head. "I’m eating by the lake. Me, just ME!"
I raised my voice.
"By the lake, Great! Let’s go."
"Did you hear me?" I said after her, but she was already walking to the lake. God She was annoying.
We got there and I sat under the tree I love. After a couple of bites of her hamburger She cleaned her mouth and smiled at me.
"So…" I was with my headphone, listening to my iPod
I just looked at her and kept eating my salad and enjoying La Boheme playing in my head.
"C´mon tell me…" I put my eyes blank and took off the headphones.
"Are you flirting with me?"
"No…"
"You know I’m gay?"
She just nodded.
"Then what are you doing here?"
"I told you…" She rolled her eyes. "Your dream, I have to fulfill my mission in this world."
"Which is?"
"To save the lost souls, take them to the light."
"Ohm… I see. I’m a lost soul?"
She just shrink her shoulders. "I have abilities." The point her head with her index.
"So are you going to tell me or not?"
"Do I have a choice?"
She just giggled.
I sighed.
"It's just that…" I think for a moment, she was going to think I was crazy…But what if I was driving myself crazy for real? I looked at her for a second. She was already crazy.
"I’m having dreams with a guy, I haven’t seen before in my life."
"How are the dreams?"
"That’s the weird part. It's like…It's like I’m another person in the dreams, I see everything like I’m inside someone else."
She didn’t show any surprise.
I closed my eyes. Okay I know. I'm fucking crazy.
"Maybe it's from a past life."
I just arched my eyebrow. "I can’t believe I’m having this conversation with you."
"It can be."
"No. Because the dreams are in the present. Is not a past life, Is in the present."
"How do you know?"
"Because!" I yelled. I couldn’t believe I yelled at her.
"Okay…"
"I saw a calendar the other day."
"And you remember the date." She was serious.
"It was from two years ago…"
"Carrie, where the fuck Have you been?" Paul, Carrie's boyfriend, yells from a distance.
"Got to go." She just stood and winked. "I’ll call you."
I just stood there by the lake. Thinking. This was way too weird. It wasn’t only the dreams, but my humor, appetite. I looked at my salad, lately I couldn’t stand meat.
